Press Studios Brunswick is a full-service independent recording studio situated in the heart of Melbourne's music and arts community. Built inside a modern warehouse and formed in 2010 by owners and operators Andrew Padula and KB, PRESS is designed to provide music artists with an accessible, affordable and comfortable facility to create music and produce the highest quality recordings.
We specialise in tracking bands & musicians, vocal recording and production, creating high quality music productions, mixing, mastering and offering a wide range of studio services to suit any project needs. Since opening our doors in 2010, we’ve been able to accommodate a whole stack of local and international artists, covering a broad range of genres, including Pop, R&B, Soul, Rock, Hip Hop, EDM and Metal.
We have a wealth of experience and are able to achieve an end product to be truly proud of. During your studio session we won't just sit back, press record and let you get on with it, we will actively get involved were needed to ensure you achieve the best end result possible. Owners Andrew Padula and KB are at the forefront of operations, with Stu Watts recently joining the team in 2012. Each of us are Engineers, Producers, Musicians and Studio Mediators, we know how to conduct and manage a session. As we are all currently working in the music industry, we truly understand what is important to artists when it comes time to record. Our in-house marketing and advertising manager TC can also offer priceless advice post-production to help move you in the right direction if required. We also have access to all media, i.e. video, television, radio and online, as well as mastering, publishing and distribution through our close network of affiliates and associates.
Perfectly located, we're just a 2 min walk from Sydney Rd and an even shorter walk from Brunswick Station (Upfield line), yet well secluded and secure from the hustle and bustle. Private parking right outside the front makes for convenient load-ins and free all-day parking. There are also heaps of restaurants and cafés (some of the best coffee in the world around here!), a supermarket, pubs and live venues all at our doorstep.
